Stadium & Arena LED Video Boards for Salt Lake City-Area Universities
Wasatch Front campuses get stadium and arena boards specced for dry high-desert sun and sharp overnight temperature drops.
Dry high-desert sun and elevation change the spec
The Wasatch Front’s climate is dry, high-elevation, and demanding on any outdoor campus display.
Dry, glare-heavy sun
Wasatch Front campus stadiums and arenas need brightness specced for dry, high-desert sun with very little humidity buffer — glare control matters as much as raw nits.
Sharp day-to-night temperature drop
Salt Lake’s elevation and dry air produce sharp day-to-night temperature drops, especially in shoulder seasons — a real housing and mounting spec factor.
Athletics department capital budgets
University athletics departments and campus AV/IT typically run separate capital processes — we scope a proposal that works for both.
Built for how Salt Lake City-area campuses actually fund and approve projects
Athletics departments and campus facilities/AV/IT often own different pieces of the same project — we scope one proposal that works for both.
Walk the venue (or the plans)
Stadium, arena, or campus signage location — mounting points, sun angle, broadcast sightlines, and ambient light.
Right-size the spec
Pixel pitch and brightness matched to Salt Lake City’s climate and the venue’s real viewing distances — not an enterprise-grade quote for a mid-size arena.
Budget-ready proposal
Documentation scoped to an athletics department capital budget or a campus facilities/AV request — whichever owns this project.
